Summary

Metal detecting here in 1993-95 recovered a range of metal objects and coins. The most interesting finds were a Late Roman 'soldiers and settlers' type buckle decorated with two dolphin heads and an odd Iron Age or Roman brooch of unusual design. Other finds included Iron Age, Roman and medieval coins and a Roman crossbow brooch.
