Full Description
Farmstead of 1861 described by (S1) as 'superb example of a typical large late 19th century farmstead' but also that it was due for demolition 'in near future' (survey undated, around 1986).
See details in file.

However it was still in existence in 1994 when (S2) describes it as three cart horse stables with yards and shelter sheds, two bullock yards, cow byres and yard, piggeries with boiling houses, and barn in an unusual position but suitable for the use of steam engines.
Buildings complete except for stable partitions.
E. Rose (NLA), 16 January 1995.
January 2005. Building Survey.
See report (S3) for further details. The results of this work are also summarised in (S4).
J. Allen (NLA), 11 April 2005.
