Marked on Keymer's map of Tottingham 1774 (Norfolk Records Office WLSXVII/4) but alterations to roads, rivers and fields make exact location difficult to plot.

Visited during STANTA Woodland Earthwork Rapid Identificatio Survey. Site 43.
The original NGR for this site (TL 90409488) was inspected and no features seen. The 1774 map was inspected and the new location (TL 9048 9480 to TL 9056 9496) was confirmed.
The banks and ditch are little more prominent than other nearby features, although the double bank is uncommon.
