Summary

Fieldwalking at this location in 1993 recovered prehistoric flint pieces as well as sherds of Iron Age and medieval pottery. Later archaeological evaluations in 2000 found nothing else of significance. Fieldwalking between May and June 2001 recovered a copper alloy buckle of a common type usually associated with crop gathering.
