Summary

Metal detecting and fieldwalking in 1993 recovered Roman and medieval pottery fragments, a medieval gilded mount and large quantities of lead scrap.

Ten Roman sherds, grey including three rims.
Two medieval unglazed sherds, one a strap handle.
Gilded bronze medieval mount.
'Masses of lead', scraps etc; not seen.
