Summary

Fieldwalking here during 1993 recovered sherds of medieval unglazed pottery and a scatter of burnt flint that potentially represesnt prehistoric 'pot boilers'. Metal-detecting in 2020 recovered a post-medieval token.

21 March 1993. Includes part of site NHER 7282. Whole field southeast of Holly Farm, walking with rapidity. No concentrations, good conditions, winter cereals.
Sprinkling of pot boilers down west edge of northern part.
Nineteen medieval unglazed.
Five and two scraps glazed Grimston.
