Summary

1946 aerial photography shows the cropmarks of ridge and furrow cultivation. Metal detecting in 1993 recovered a range of objects, including Roman and medieval pottery fragments, medieval buckles, a belt fitting and a nail, and a post medieval buckle.

RAF air photograph shows ridge and furrow as earthworks, aligned north-to-south with some variation in widths. North end unclear, possibly adjacent to tofts alongside road.
