Summary

Bramble Cottage is a small timber-framed, three cell, lobby entrance house, dating to the 17th century, with some unusual constructional techniques. The fireplaces were altered in the 18th century, and again in the 20th. There is also an old railway carriage in the garden.

17th century timber-framed house, plastered. Steeply pitched roof with gabled ends, clad in corrugated iron. Rendered brick chimney stack off centre, two storeys. Modern casements. Plank door on left."
