Full Description
November 1993. Reported to J. Davies (NCM).
Large quantity of objects are said to have been found here. The main discovery was described as an Icenian coin hoard of approximately 2000 silver units. Other items reported as a bronze plate, a bronze bust, three gold vessels, twelve finger rings. The area has been visited by [1] who found no evidence of any disturbance.

August- December 2008. Watching Brief.
Monitoring of groundworks associated with construction of water treatment works and associated pipeline.
No archaeological features were identified, but a metal detector survey of the spoil heap produced a Roman brooch, buckle plate and a Roman or medieval lead pot mend.
