Summary

Duddon House is an early 17th-century building with a jetty under built in brick. The current exterior arrangement dates to the 19th century, though the building is largely timber-framed with corner tension braces and expanded studs.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Pair of houses. Early 17th century. Timber-framed probably with a brick underbuilt jetty. Pantile roof. Two storeys. Each house of two bays plus a central door, the disposition the result of 19th-century re-working. Two panelled doors with 19th-century cases and hoods."
