Full Description
Historic Parkland (not registered).
Landscaped park of former rectory, of pre 1797 origins. General contours, walks, earthworks remain. Ruined folly containing much limestone - ?reused. Monument to canary.

An area of possible medieval to post medieval ridge and furrow is visible on visualised lidar data from a survey flown in 2022 (S1). The earthworks are centred at TF 8975 0209 and likely relate to medieval to post medieval agricultural activity pre-dating the creation of the parkland (see above). The possibility that the ridges may be a product of modern activity, also cannot be ruled out.
