Summary

Metal detecting has recovered a variety of finds dating from the Iron Age to the post medieval period. These include an unidentified Iron Age or Roman object, Roman pottery, a Roman furniture fitting and Roman, medieval and post medieval coins.

Unidentified object, part of. Cast bronze. One end broken next to half circular identation in side, other end coming to rounded point, slightly bevelled edges. (Object 'feels' late Iron Age or Roman). Curving groove, ?casting flaw on one face.
