Summary

Gardening here in 1994 recovered sherds of medieval and post medieval pottery along with a retouched prehistoric flint flake and post medieval jetton. In 2006 the foundations and floor surfaces of a building were reported at the same location. These appear to relate to the farm building shown at this site on the 1840 tithe award map.
