Full Description
October/November 1994. Metal detecting. Finds from adjacent corners of four fields on either side of minor public road.
Three Roman coins.
Two medieval coins.

Two Roman brooches: plate type, umbonate, sunburst pattern of two concentric circles of triangular enamelled cells. Blue enamel in inner cells. Chain loop at head, with three peripheral rounded lugs.
2nd century; upper section of Dolphin type bow, very worn, 1st century.
Late Saxon Borre-style disc brooch, broken catch plate on reverse. Polaroid (S1) NCM.
