Map

November 1994. Icehouse 30m east of Anmer Hall in overgrown shrubbery and chicken run. Brick lined tunnel entrance at north end of mound, approx. 12m north to south by 8m east to west and 2m+ high. Entrance needs considerable clearing before internal inspection. Marked but not described on 1905 Ordnance Survey 25 inch map. Recorded on 1:1000 earthwork survey of park and village site. Filed under NHER 3514.
