Summary

Fieldwalking over Graves Field identified several fragments of medieval and post medieval pottery, two medieval belt fittings and two medieval buckles. A post medieval harness fitting was also found.

Pottery: two medieval sherds and one sagging base, three Westerwald sherds and two lead glazed earthenware, decorated clay pipe initials 'IB'.
Medieval shield-shaped plate with reinforcement strip (belt fastener).
Medieval ring with attachment strip (?belt fitting).
13th century buckle, iron pin missing.
14th century strap end buckle.
Early post medieval belt or harness mount.
