Summary

Metal detecting and fieldwalking in 1995/6 recovered prehistoric flint flakes, a Roman coin and Saxon pottery fragments. Also found were medieval pottery fragments, a medieval buckle and a post medieval coin.

Medieval oval buckle with integral plate (outer sheets missing), lip for pin rest in centre of outer edge.
2 jar rims of early medieval form and 5 body sherds medieval unglazed.
