Full Description
February 1994. Metal detector finds.
Roin coin hoard of 186 silver denarii (32/31 BC - AD 180) found with fragments of pottery container.

Declared Treasure Trove August 1994.

Extended to include area where additional coins from this hoard were recovered in 2021 and 2022 (see below). Previously mapped as a point at [1].

February 2021. Metal-detecting.
25 Roman coins (all silver denarii). These coins are the first addendum to the coin hoard recovered in February 1994, which now puts the total for the hoard at 211 coins.

These coins were returned to the finder after being disclaimed as Treasure (Ref: 2021T 721).
