Summary

Metal-detecting between 1995 and 2022 recovered a prehistoric flint core; Roman, medieval and post-medieval coins; a post-medieval token and jetton and undatable and medieval to post-medieval metal objects. The metal finds include an undatable lead scrap; a medieval barrel padlock, weight, and thimble; a medieval/post-medieval weight; and a post-medieval sword belt fitting and cloth seal.

Medieval bronze barrel padlock with pair of wavy lines engraved on outer case. Bolt and spines still in place in the lock. The lock is broken into two pieces and thus the internal mechanism is revealed. Compare with (S1).
