Summary

Metal detecting has recovered a hollow fragment of the head of a Roman figurine, fragments of Roman brooches and pottery, Roman coins including a possible Greek Imperial issue, part of a Roman finger ring, and a post medieval cloth seal and buckle.

Bezel from Roman copper alloy finger ring, with three concentric ridges around a small central indentation. Between the ridges there may have been enamel. The whole thing is very worn.
Buckle frame frilled for (missing) central bar.Late 17th century to early 18th century.
