Summary

An underground structure was discovered on the site of a building depicted on an early 20th century map. Several arched brick recesses lead off a central unroofed chamber. The brickwork dates to the late 19th century. This was possibly a stove for a greenhouse.

Underground structure discovered on site of building shown on (S1). Arched brick recesses lead off a central unroofed chamber. Late 19th century brickwork. Possibly a stove for a greenhouse but identification difficult.
