Listing Description Excerpt:
"Adjoining at right angles to No 52. 17th century flint with brick dressings. Steep pantile roof with coped gable ends. Brick dentil eaves; two storeys. Sash window with glazing bars, 19th century gabled addition in angle with sash windows, also flint with brick dressings."

Really a wing of No. 54, with one room on each floor. The wing was probably domestic accomadation from No. 54, rather than a service wing.
Small brick and flint building of about 1700 with fireplace and basement and one original window; much 19th and 20th century alteration.
