Summary

Metal detecting recovered a 16th century end-cap or knife with a scallop shell on each side of a central projection. A fieldwalking and metal detecting survey was undertaken by the Caistor Research Project between 2008 and 2009 recovered prehistoric flints; Romano-British, medieval and post-medieval pottery and a piece of post-medieval malting flue.
