Summary

Post medieval building material, pottery, clay pipes, a buckle and a seal, found by metal detecting and fieldwalking, carried out by the Norfolk Archaeological Unit in 1996 on the site of a proposed reservoir.

1996. Systematic Fieldwalking and Metal-detecting Survey.
Field survey of site of proposed reservoir.
Scatter of potboilers and 4 flint flakes.
Pottery, mostly post medieval including Glazed Red Earthenware.
Post medieval buckle and cloth seal.
Other finds are of recent date, mostly building material.
