Summary

Metal-detecting between 1996 and 2015 recovered medieval and post-medieval lead weights; medieval and post-medieval coins; post-medieval tokens and Late Saxon and medieval metal objects. The metal finds include a Late Saxon harness and post-medieval finger ring.

January 1996. Part of field.
Lead weight, discoidal, obscured shield on one face. Weight 44.4g. Late medieval/Post medieval.
16th century double looped buckle frame with fleur de lis on outer edges.
16th century bronze finger ring ornamented with alternating octofoils and uncertain motif.
Late medieval, discoidal bronze weight with 2 concentric circles and a partially pierced central hole. Weight 6.6g.
Part of Late Saxon bridle side link, rectangular loop with small boss at each corner, ribbed central boss with projection to one side.
