18 March 1996. Field amalgamated with those to west and south.
Rapid walked, medium conditions, ploughed for beet, about 40 minutes.
The only finds:
Eleven worked flints, generally prehistoric.
Seen by P. Robins (NCM).
No medieval or other pot sherds.
Part of Necton Wood in 15th century.
