Summary

Metal detecting in 1996 and 1998 recovered a number of objects from the Roman to post medieval periods. This includes two Roman brooches, a Late Saxon brooch, and a possible medieval finger ring.

Solid hemispherical early post medieval button of case copper alloy, with prominent central boss and integral loop on reverse.
Squarish early post medieval mount with projection in centre of each side. Flat and undecorated, two spikes on reverse. From belt or harness.
