Full Description
October/November 1995. Metal detecting finds.
Early post medieval lead discoidal weight. 4 sunken dots (= 4oz). Castle and lion passant = City of Norwich arms. Damaged crowned initial may read IR (for James I). Roughly incised 'W'.
1 medieval coin. See list in file. Identified J. Davies (NCM).
Shield-shaped medieval copper alloy harness pendant, broken suspension loop. Traces of red enamel. Blazon: vair en point. Drawn S. Ashley (NAU) See (S1) and (S2).
Fragment Late medieval purse frame, U-section, integral holes, decorated with triple diagonal cross-hatched niello inlaid lines. Rocker arm ornament along base. Very elaborate. Identified S. Margeson (NCM).

Medieval shield-shaped horse harness pendant and attachment stud, with blazon of a hart passant argent attired gules, and in base a ?hare argent issuant from a mount vert. Enamelled.
