June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Late 18th century, two storey, brick, painted, two flush frame sash windows at first floor, with glazing bars, also two blank panels. Toothed eaves band. Ground floor wide windows, one casement and one three-light sash altered. Entrance with cambered head.
Nos 43 to 47 (odd) [NHERs 47840 and 32077], Peardene [NHER 47408], Nos 51 and 53 [NHERs 47409 and 47444] and Nos 57 to 63 (odd) [NHER 47410, now demolished]".
