Summary

In 1996 the laying of a pipeline at this location discovered a prehistoric struck flint and three probable post medieval ditches, possibly land drains.

Monitoring of Anglian water pipeline.
Three features probably of post-medieval date were seen. These were probably infilled ditches.
One medieval/post medieval lead object was recovered during a metal-detector survey of stripped fields and removed topsoil. A single struck flint was recovered from north-east of the reservoir.
