Summary

This timber-framed house has two storeys and an attic. The chimneystack is centrally located. It is of early 17th century date, but there are indications that it may be a fragment of an older building.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Probably 17/18th century. Plastered timber-frame fronted in red brick in 19th century. Steep pantile roof with gabled ends. Two storeys and attic (attic windows in gable ends) Casement windows. Central brick chimney stack."

Timber-framed house. Two cell with central chimneystack, two storeys and attic. Certainly of early 17th century date at the latest, but there are indications that it may be a fragment of an older building. Structural state of the building does not at present permit closer examination.
