Full Description
Rare 1940 slit trench ending in pit, probably covering Bloomstile Lane. Lots of barbed wire and screw pickets.
Survey Number D2-63.
Connecting to:
Rare 1940 small slit trench, about 2m by 1m and 0.8m deep. Revealed by burning of gorse.

Connecting to:
Rare 1940/45 slit trench. Large oblong pit along side remains of slit trench. Dimensions 2.5m by 1.5m, 0.75m deep.

No definite traces of this slit trench were identified individually. However many sections of trenches and associated banks and barbed wire obstructions were recorded within this area under NHER 23386.
