Full Description
World War II anti-aircraft artillery given this grid reference (S1).
Accurate?
Comp. D.Gurney (NLA) 28 January 1997.
August 2005. Norfolk NMP.
Consultation of 1940s aerial photographs as part of the NMP could not confirm the presence of the Light Anti Aircraft Battery described above. The site could possibly equate to the light anti aircraft tower located 500m to the southeast and recorded as part of NHER 27533.
S. Tremlett (NMP), 3 August 2005.
