Summary

Fieldwalking in 1996 recovered a range of Neolithic flints, including a leaf arrowhead, a fragment of a polished axehead, scrapers, blades and flakes. A quantity of burnt flint was also found.

Flints found in situ in silt 60cm peat removed.
Early Neolithic leaf arrowhead, polished axe fragment and several worked flints.
