Metal detecting in 1997 recovered a gilded horse harness pendant, depicting a lion passant guardant. It was probably made in the late 13th century.

Full Description
October 1997. Metal detector finds. On line of droveway south-west of NHER 20276c.
Gilded horse harness pendant, bronze, openwork, lion passant guardant or. Trances of iron staining around suspension loop. Probably late 13th century. ?For England.
