On south side of green, not west as on (S1).
17th century house, plastered facade; two storeys, double pile brick and flint. Ground floor has three sash windows plus two paired windows under one lintel and two 19th century doorcases; first floor with five sash windows. Hipped roof, deep unmoulded eaves cornice. End stacks and two 19th century stacks. Brick and flint rear wall shows 17th century origin.
See (S1) for the complete listing details.

In addition, the northeast quoins are all of reused stone; small stone window in east wall ground floor, and base of brick window cut by eaves suggesting house was originally gabled and has been cut down. The base of the facade of No.4 had been stripped and revealed either blocked basement windows, or that the ground floor windows were once deeper.
