Summary

Fieldwalking in this area during 1988 recovered prehistoric flint artefacts and burnt flints along with prehistoric, Roman, medieval and post medieval pottery fragments. Subsequent metal detecting here in 2005 recovered a Roman coin.

Six medieval unglazed.
Two Glazed Grimston.
One glazed red earthenware, one ?post medieval.
One fragment malting kiln floor tile, post medieval.
Six worked flints, one burnt flint.
