Summary

Fieldwalking here in 1998 recovered sherds of medieval and post medieval pottery along with two medieval roof tiles. Subsequent metal detecting during 2002-03 retrieved a post medieval coin and coin weight, a medieval brooch, fragments of lava quern and sherds of Roman, Late Saxon, medieval and post medieval pottery.
