Summary

Cross Gates Farmhouse dates to the 18th century and is constructed of reused ashlar. It has limestone quoins and dressed limestone in the gable walls. Otherwise it is built of carrstone, with three bays, two storeys and end stacks. The building was altered in the 19th century and gutted in about 1970.

Cross Gates Farmhouse dates to the 18th century and is constructed of reused ashlar. It has limestone quoins and dressed limestone in the gable walls; one gable wall has two arches marking a basement. Otherwise it is built of carrstone, with three bays, two storeys and end stacks.
