Full Description
March 1946. RAF air photograph shows an intermittent series of enclosures, part overlain by existing drains, part subdividing existing enclosures which reflect a series of tofts and closes of a deserted medieval village, considerably degraded. The extent may be further to west but air photograph not available.

19 April 1976. Ordnance Survey air photography.
Earthworks.
Ditch(es), probably drainage.
D. Voisey (NLA), 18 January 1995.
(S1) in 1970 refers to this area as a complex system of waterfilled ditches, very overgrown, possibly house sites but the author was dubious about this. A hollow way mentioned under HER5065 running east then north may in fact be in this area.
E. Rose (NLA), 13 April 2007.
