1998. Metal detecting.
Early post medieval chunky square coin weight, one face slightly bevelled. Top face is marked with XXXIII and crown above, the underside has a shield of British arms on a rose, within a circular border. Rose ryal of James I, issued about 1612. Weighs 13.348g (0.471oz).
