1954. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Former house now flats. Early 19th century [1]. Rendered and pantile roof. Three storeys. Three bays. Central door with simple surround and flat hood. Sash windows throughout: jalousies on ground floor: Box cornice."

Visited as part of Norwich Survey.
Three storey 19th century block, rendered externally. Central front door in comtemporary case. Concealed sash framed windows.

1977. Stray Find.
Medieval to post medieval pottery found whilst clearing garden.
Vast bulk of the finds were post medieval but there were a few medieval sherds.
Two sherds 14th/15th century stoneware.
Two sherds unglazed medieval sherds (including one base).
Post medieval pottery; fifty sherds of lead glazed earthenware. A dozen Stoneware (including two bellarmine faces). One half dozen salt glazed.
One Weser slipware sherd, one ?Dutch slipware, four Manganese glazed bases.
One roof finial.
