June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"House, now offices. Late 18th century. Red brick, pantiles and bays, semi basement. Central door with pediment on fluted columns; semi circular fanlight. Sash windows. Paired console cornice, two span roof. Fine staircase on brackets."
