Summary

A mid 17th-century timber framed house, with 20th-century alterations. The house has a simple two room plan, and elaborately moulded 17th-century windows.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"House, now shop premises. 17th, extended in 20th century. Plastered, timber frame. Steeply pitched pantile roof with plain bargeboards to gable ends and shaped rafter ends exposed at eaves. Axial stack truncated below roof.
Two-room plan with central axial stack, situated set back at right angles to street."

Ovolo moulded windows to both rooms, and attic.
Later low extensions.
Renovated in late 20th century.
