Summary

Old House is an 18th century timber-framed building with brick infill. It has a thatched roof and sits on a brick and flint plinth. The south front was originally symmetrical, aand is one storey high with a central brick two storey gabled bay with a Y-tracery window on the first floor.

18th century timber frame, brick infill. Thatched. Brick and flint plinth.
South front originally symmetrical, one storey with central brick two storey gabled bay with Y-tracery window at first floor. 20th century greenhouse with door into house. Two ridge stacks. Interior has wide spaced studs, ovolo moulded bridging beams and rebuilt fireplaces.

If this really is an 18th century house with genuine ovolo moulded beams then it is very important.
