Summary

A Jewish cemetery in use between 1811 and 1846. The north and east walls of the cemetery are 16th and 17th century brick and carstone. Within the walls are the remains of up to 17 headstones.

July 1993. Walls listed Grade II.
List description (S1) wrongly puts this in Stonegate rather than Millfleet. (S1) states that the north and east walls are 16th century brick and carrstone. Sloping bricks have been used as coping. Entrance gate in centre of north wall. Timber plank door with an iron grille lunette under a semi-circular arch. Used as cemetery 1811 to 1846; 17 whole or broken headstones with Hebrew script remain.
Restored 1998 (or more likely 1996 according to (S2)).
