Summary

A 19th-century shop and house. It is built of red brick, is four storeys tall and has a 16th-century arch in its south wall.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Shop with domestic accommodation above. Late 16th-century origins, but so much rebuilt c.1840 that is virtually all of this date. Red brick. Roof of machine tiles. Four storeys; two-window range. 20th-century glazed shop front under a cornice at first floor which has mutules to the soffit...Modillion eaves cornice. Gabled roof. North gable and parapet rebuilt late 20th century. Internal gable-end stack to north. To the left the building extends over Row 46. South return wall with false timbering but with a chamfered brick arch of 16th-century origins.
INTERIOR: ground and first floors have no features of interest. Upper floors reached by a stick-baluster staircase."
