Summary

Prehistoric pot boilers and fragments of post medieval pottery were found during a fieldwalking survey carried out by Network Archaeology in 1998 in advance of the construction of a new pipeline. A probable late Neolithic or Bronze Age flint procurement pit was recorded during the pipeline watching brief in 1999.
