February 1998. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"House with attached warehouse. Mid 17th century, altered early 19th century. Red brick. Roof of plain tiles and pantiles. Two storeys; two-window range. Ground floor rendered and colourwashed, all openings blocked...Mansard roof, with plain tiles to lower slope. Warehouse range extends north-east along Row 71, reduced to one storey late 19th century: flat felt roof. Lap-glazed windows. Main door with re-used jambs with double ovolo mouldings and barred tongue stops…"

Small former house, with grand 16th-century fireplace and ground floor ceiling beams; apparently a small Row house; upper part much altered 19th century.
Attached warehouse, used in 19th to 20th centuries as printing works; basically 17th-century but much altered; 19th-century upper floors now removed.
