Full Description
The Farm, London Street.
Reused material in barn.
Barn of around 1800, incorporating older gable wall in east end. In build of 1800 are several slabs probably of Roman stone from the fort - certainly this occurs in the wall along the street to the west. Extension on west of barn has some limestone. Catslide to south has very large slabs of ironbound conglomerate but these probably derive from a natural outcropping.
